Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治陰虛火動, 潮熱盜汗, 痰喘心荒. 熟地黃ㆍ生乾地黃ㆍ天門冬ㆍ麥門冬ㆍ當歸ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ山茱萸ㆍ山藥ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ白朮 各七分, 牡丹皮ㆍ澤瀉ㆍ黃柏ㆍ知母(幷蜜水炒)ㆍ甘草(灸) 各五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎, 空心服. 《醫鑑》
Translation
Treats Yin vacuity with fire stirring: tidal heat, night sweats, phlegm panting, and a flurried heart. Prepared rehmannia, dried raw rehmannia, asparagus root, ophiopogon, Korean angelica, white peony, cornus, and dioscorea, with white poria and white atractylodes, 0.7 don each; moutan bark, alisma, and phellodendron and anemarrhena (both honey-water-fried), with roasted licorice, 0.5 don each. Cut the above, make one packet, decoct in water, and take on an empty stomach. — Uigam 醫鑑 (Donguibogam · Hwa)
