Buddha's Hand Powder
Bulsu-san
한글 불수산 · Pinyin Fo Shou San
Cut and made into one packet, decocted in water; as it finishes, a little wine is added and it is decocted again and taken warm. Adding 3 don of motherwort is finer still. The source records a second use: where the pregnancy has been injured, with pain of the heart region and abdomen, the jaw clenched and the woman near collapse, this is given to probe — if the fetus is unharmed the pain stops and both mother and child are at ease; if the fetus has died, it comes down at once. Note on modern practice: pain or suspected injury in late pregnancy requires immediate obstetric evaluation; the probing use is recorded as historical text.

Translation
A pregnant woman taking it in the final month draws the pregnancy in and gives birth easily, and is naturally free of the trouble of a hard birth. Korean angelica 6 don; cnidium 4 don. Cut the pair, make one packet, decoct in water; as it finishes, add a little wine, decoct again, and take warm. Adding 3 don of motherwort is finer still. — It also treats injury to the pregnancy, with pain of the heart region and abdomen, the jaw clenched and the woman near collapse. Use this to probe: if the fetus is unharmed the pain stops and mother and child are both at ease; if the fetus has died, it comes down at once — a spirit-level effect. — Hoechun 回春 (Donguibogam · Buin)
