Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治風牙蟲牙痛不可忍. 露蜂房ㆍ白蒺藜ㆍ川椒ㆍ艾葉ㆍ葱根ㆍ荊芥ㆍ細辛ㆍ白芷各一錢. 右剉, 水醋同煎, 熱漱冷吐. 《回春》

Translation

Treats unbearable wind toothache and worm toothache. Hornet's nest, caltrop, Sichuan pepper, mugwort leaf, scallion roots, schizonepeta, asarum and angelica dahurica 1 don each. Cut up, decoct in water and vinegar together, rinse hot and spit cold.
