Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

驗胎有無. 以好醋煮艾葉, 服半盞. 腹中大痛, 是孕, 不痛, 無孕. 《醫鑑》

Translation

Tests whether a pregnancy is present. Boil mugwort leaf in good vinegar and take half a cup. If there is great pain within the abdomen, it is a pregnancy; if there is no pain, there is none. — Uigam 醫鑑 (Donguibogam · Buin)
