Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治同上. 蒼朮一錢半, 柴胡一錢, 羌活ㆍ獨活ㆍ藁本ㆍ升麻各七分, 葛根ㆍ當歸ㆍ甘草各五分, 紅花二分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《東垣》

Translation

Treats the same as the above. Atractylodes 1.5 don; bupleurum 1 don; notopterygium, pubescent angelica, ligusticum, and cimicifuga, 7 fun each; kudzu root, Korean angelica, and licorice, 5 fun each; safflower 2 fun. Cut the above, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Dongwon 東垣 (Donguibogam · Po)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Dongyuan's method transposed to the cycle: not one blood-breaker of consequence in it, and two fun of safflower as the only nod to moving the Blood. The rest lifts — atractylodes drying the damp, and the whole wind-and-lifting crew opening the surface.
