Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治鼻中生瘡. 片芩(酒炒) 二錢, 五味子ㆍ天門冬ㆍ麥門冬ㆍ半夏ㆍ杏仁各一錢, 甘草五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 入薑五片, 水煎, 食後服. 《回春》

Translation

Treats sores arising within the nose. Sliced scutellaria (wine-fried) 2 don; schisandra, asparagus, ophiopogon, pinellia and apricot kernel 1 don each; licorice 5 pun. Cut up, make one packet, add 5 slices of ginger, decoct in water and take after food. — Manbyeong Hoechun 回春 (Donguibogam · Bi)
