治背心一點痛. 烏藥順氣散方見風門, 合二陳湯方見痰飮ㆍ香蘇散方見寒門, 加羌活ㆍ蒼朮, 水煎服. 《醫鑑》

Translation

Treats a single point of pain at the centre of the back. Clinical commentary 臨床

The name is literal: three formulas combined, plus two herbs. The composition is given here as the source gives it rather than expanded into a single ingredient list, because the three bases each have their own page and because merging them would require arbitrary decisions about the herbs they share — aged tangerine peel, licorice, ginger and black atractylodes all appear in more than one. Follow the links for each base. The logic of the combination is worth reading as a diagnostic statement: Oyaksungi-san for wind, Ijin-tang for phlegm, Hyangso-san for Qi constraint, which is a claim that the fixed interscapular point arises from all three at once rather than from any one.
