Grape Wine
Podo-ju
한글 포도주 · Pinyin Pu Tao Jiu
The grape itself, 葡萄, has no entry among the registered medicinals — only 葡萄根, the root, which is a different drug — so the chief material is named here and left out of the ingredient list rather than resolved to the root. The leaf writes the head 蒲萄 and the body 葡萄, both printed as the transcription has them.

Translation
Grape Wine. Take ripe grapes, rub them and press out the juice, blend it with cooked glutinous rice and white leaven, and brew; it becomes wine of itself, and the taste is fine. Mountain grapes will also serve. — Boncho 本草 (Donguibogam · Japbang)
