Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
一名解毒四物湯. 治崩漏, 面黃腹痛. 黃芩ㆍ黃連ㆍ黃柏ㆍ梔子ㆍ生乾地黃ㆍ當歸ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ川芎 各一錢. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《入門》
Translation
Also called Haedoksamul-tang, the Resolve Toxin Four Substances Decoction. Treats flooding and spotting, with a sallow face and abdominal pain. Scutellaria, coptis, phellodendron, gardenia, dried raw rehmannia, Korean angelica, white peony, and cnidium, 1 don each. Cut the above, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Po). Note: the Womb chapter's version uses dried raw rehmannia where other sources use the prepared form.
