Translation

Treats damage from eating raw, cold, and hard things, with glomus fullness, distension, and pain. Tangerine peel, pinellia, white poria, unripe bitter orange, hawthorn flesh, medicated leaven, amomum, cyperus, sparganium, curcuma, and dried raw ginger, 1 don each. Cut the above, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Hoechun 回春 (Donguibogam · Naesang)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The heavy artillery of the food-stagnation family — Samneung and Bongchul, normally reserved for masses, deployed against a meal that simply will not move. For acute cases in robust patients, not chronic weak digestion. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
