Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治蟲積. 檳榔 一兩二錢, 黑牽牛頭末 三錢, 大黃ㆍ雷丸ㆍ錫灰ㆍ蕪荑ㆍ木香ㆍ使君子 各一錢. 右爲末, 用葱白煎湯, 露一宿, 和丸粟米大. 每四錢, 五更葱湯呑下. 取寸白蟲, 以石榴根皮煎湯下. 小兒服一錢或五分. 天明取下蟲物. 此藥不動眞氣, 有蟲卽下蟲, 有積卽下積, 有氣卽消了, 一服見效. 《入門》
Translation
Treats worm accumulation. Areca 1 nyang 2 don; the first sifting of black morning-glory seed 3 don; rhubarb, omphalia, tin ash, elm-fruit paste, costus and quisqualis 1 don each. Powder them, decoct scallion white and leave the decoction out overnight, and bind into pills the size of a millet grain. Take 4 don at the fifth watch with scallion decoction; to take out the inch-white worm, take it down with a decoction of pomegranate root bark. A child takes 1 don or 5 pun. At daybreak the worms are brought down. This medicine does not stir the true qi: where there are worms it brings down worms, where there is accumulation it brings down accumulation, where there is qi it disperses it — one dose shows its effect. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Chung)
