Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

白薇ㆍ玄參ㆍ川芎ㆍ桑白皮ㆍ當歸ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ旋覆花ㆍ甘草(灸) 各一錢. 右剉, 入薑五片, 水煎服. 《三因》

Translation

Baekmi, scrophularia, chuanxiong, mulberry root bark, angelica, white peony, inula flower and licorice (roasted), 1 jeon each. Cut up, add five slices of ginger, decoct in water and take. — Samin 三因 (Donguibogam · Cheonjiungi)
