Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治腎消, 尿濁如膏. 滑石ㆍ寒水石各一錢半, 甘草七分, 赤茯苓ㆍ乾葛ㆍ黃芩ㆍ薄荷ㆍ大黃各五分, 連翹三分, 人參ㆍ白朮ㆍ澤瀉ㆍ桔梗ㆍ梔子ㆍ天花粉ㆍ縮砂各二分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《醫鑑》 ○一名人參散. 《東垣》

Translation

Treats kidney wasting with urine turbid like grease. Talcum and glauberite, 1.5 don each; licorice 0.7 don; red poria, kudzu root, scutellaria, mint, and rhubarb, 0.5 don each; forsythia 0.3 don; ginseng, white atractylodes, alisma, platycodon, gardenia, trichosanthes root, and amomum [chuksa], 0.2 don each. Cut the above, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Uigam 醫鑑. Also called Insam-san. — Dongwon 東垣 (Donguibogam · Sogal)
