Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治三消. 黃連ㆍ生地黃ㆍ天花粉ㆍ五味子ㆍ當歸ㆍ人參ㆍ乾葛ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ麥門冬ㆍ甘草各一錢. 右剉, 作一貼, 入薑二片棗一枚竹葉十片, 水煎服.

Translation

Treats the three wastings. Coptis, raw rehmannia, trichosanthes root, schisandra, Korean angelica, ginseng, kudzu root, white poria, ophiopogon, and licorice, 1 don each. Cut the above, make one packet, add 2 slices of ginger, 1 jujube, and 10 bamboo leaves, decoct in water and take. (Donguibogam · Sogal)
