Clinical commentary 臨床

Pyeongwi-san with the food-reducing group, coptis and tsaoko added. The section it belongs to exists because food accumulation presents with fever and aversion to cold and gets mistaken for an exterior contraction — and sweating such a patient is the error the chapter warns against. The discriminating sign at 1.36 is the epigastrium: full and painful to pressure in food accumulation, unremarkable in cold damage. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
