Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治消渴, 聖藥也. 天花粉ㆍ生乾地黃 各二錢, 葛根ㆍ麥門冬ㆍ五味子 各一錢, 甘草 五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 入粳米百粒, 水煎服. 《直指》

Translation

A sagely medicine for treating wasting-thirst. Trichosanthes root and dried raw rehmannia, 2 don each; kudzu root, ophiopogon, and schisandra, 1 don each; licorice 0.5 don. Cut the above, make one packet, add 100 grains of non-glutinous rice, decoct in water and take. — Jikji 直指 (Donguibogam · Sogal)
