Clinical commentary 臨床

The formula named for three channels rather than for a symptom, which is unusual and precise: greater-Yang runs down the back, lesser-Yin through the lumbus, lesser-Yang along the side. What it treats is stasis that has settled along those routes. It is decocted in wine alone, with no water at all — the strongest form of the wine-carries-to-the-blood principle in this chapter. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
