Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治虛勞, 益眞氣, 助胃潤肺. 山藥 八兩(另爲末), 胡桃肉 四兩(硏爲泥), 杏仁(炒) 四兩(另爲末), 雄牛前脚髓 四兩, 白蜜 一斤. 右髓蜜同煮去滓, 入三末, 和勻, 入缸封固, 重湯煮半日取出, 每一匙, 溫酒調服. 《醫林》
Translation
Treats vacuity taxation; boosts the true Qi, aids the Stomach, and moistens the Lung. Dioscorea 8 nyang (powdered separately); walnut flesh 4 nyang (ground to a paste); fried apricot kernel 4 nyang (powdered separately); marrow of a bull's foreleg 4 nyang; white honey 1 geun. Boil the marrow and honey together and remove the dregs; stir in the three powders evenly, seal in a jar, cook in a double boiler for half a day, and remove.
